Valeron OS is the AI business operating system for service businesses. The first module is Beauty: calendar, client cards, the service list and booking requests in one place.

Do you talk to salon owners every day? You refer Valeron OS and, for every referred salon that becomes a paying customer, you receive a one-time 499 zł net — after that salon's 2nd paid monthly subscription invoice. No limit on the number of salons.

Application
You fill in a short contact form. No fee and no account to create.
Conversation and partner agreement
We talk about who you work with. The partner agreement is signed with you by Grupa Rapid Sp. z o.o. — the operator of the Valeron Systems brand.
You refer a salon
You register a salon that agreed to be contacted. The demo is run by Valeron or by you — whichever you prefer.
Referral bonus
When the referred salon pays its 2nd monthly subscription invoice, we settle your one-time bonus of 499 zł net.

These are the framework terms of the programme, not an offer. The signed partner agreement is binding — where they differ, the agreement prevails.

One rule

For every referred salon that becomes a paying customer you receive a one-time 499 zł net — after that salon's 2nd paid monthly subscription invoice. No tiers, no percentage commission and no limit on the number of salons.

Rules

Referral bonus: A one-time 499 zł net for every referred salon that became a paying Valeron OS customer.
Payout condition: The bonus is due after that salon's 2nd paid monthly subscription invoice. Only invoices the salon has paid count.
Number of salons: No limit. The bonus is due for every referred salon that meets the condition.
Nature of the remuneration: The bonus is one-time — we pay it once per salon. There is no percentage commission on the subscription, no partner tiers and no recurring remuneration.
Lead protection: A salon you registered stays assigned to you for 90 days from the registration.
Payout: Once a month, for the salons that met the condition in that time. Only paid monthly subscription invoices count: a refund of such an invoice before the condition is met or before the bonus is paid out means no bonus for that salon. Refunds of add-ons do not affect the bonus.
Which invoices count: Monthly subscription invoices only. Add-ons — extra minute packs, Assisted Launch and any other one-off service — do not count towards the condition.
Single-level programme: The programme is single-level and is not an MLM scheme: you receive the bonus only for salons you referred yourself. A partner never earns on other partners' referrals.
Taxes: Where settlement is by B2B invoice, the partner settles their own taxes and contributions. With any other form of cooperation, the settlement rules follow from the partner agreement and the law.
Fees and targets: No joining fee, no fixed remuneration, no sales targets.

What Valeron does not do

We do not run cold outreach on your behalf.
We do not send spam, and we do not expect partners to.

Your obligations

You contact only salons that agreed to be contacted. Direct marketing by phone, e-mail or SMS requires the recipient's prior consent (art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, PKE), and you process personal data in line with the GDPR.
You pass a salon's details to us only with its knowledge and consent.

Questions and answers

Who do I sign the agreement with?: With Grupa Rapid Sp. z o.o. — the operator of the Valeron Systems brand.
When is the bonus paid?: Once a month we settle the bonuses for the salons that paid their 2nd monthly subscription invoice in that time. No bonus is due on unpaid or refunded invoices.
Which packages count?: The packages on the price list: Core (249 zł net per month) and AI (499 zł net per month). Prices net, plus 23% VAT. Only paid monthly subscription invoices count towards the bonus condition.
Do add-ons count?: No. Add-ons — extra minute packs, Assisted Launch and any other one-off service — are not subscription invoices and do not count towards the condition.
How many salons can I refer?: There is no limit. The bonus is due for every referred salon that meets the condition — 499 zł net per salon, whatever the number of salons.
Is there a percentage commission or are there tiers?: No. The remuneration is a one-time bonus of 499 zł net per salon. There is no percentage commission on the subscription, no tiers and no remuneration after the bonus is paid.
What if a salon cancels or gets a refund?: If the salon stops paying before its 2nd paid invoice, no bonus is due for that salon. A refunded monthly subscription invoice does not count towards the condition, and its refund before the bonus is paid out means no bonus for that salon. Refunds of add-ons do not affect it.
Is this a multi-level (MLM) programme?: No. The programme is single-level: you receive the bonus only for salons you referred yourself. You never earn on other partners' referrals.
How long does a salon stay assigned to me?: For 90 days from the registration. The details are set out in the partner agreement.
Can I be a partner without a company?: That depends on the form of cooperation — we will set it out in the partner agreement.
