Refund Policy

Clear refund and billing adjustment principles for Valeron plans.

Pilot and trial period

  • Free pilot periods are not charged and therefore not refundable.
  • Billing starts only after your selected paid plan begins.
  • You can cancel before renewal to avoid future billing cycles.

Paid subscriptions

  • Charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle starts.
  • Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are corrected promptly.
  • Downgrades apply to subsequent cycles unless otherwise agreed.

Support escalation

  • Submit refund inquiries with invoice ID and workspace details.
  • Complex cases may require a short operational review.
  • Approved adjustments are returned to the original payment method.
