Included credit allowance

  • AI usage is included. The exact monthly limit is shown with the selected plan and confirmed before activation.
  • Credits cover AI receptionist calls, follow-up drafts and automations.
  • Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over.
  • Additional top-ups are optional; automatic top-up is OFF by default.

Fair use

  • No resale of credits and no artificial or automated traffic generation.
  • Sustained abusive patterns may be throttled with prior notice to the workspace owner.
  • Fair-use limits protect service quality for all tenants and follow the published package terms.

Status

  • Version-controlled draft — final legal review and Owner acceptance pending.
  • Any numeric allowance shown to a customer must match the selected plan and activation confirmation.
